Unsatisfied with your purchase from atmosc.com? We offer full refunds to our users 30 days from the date of shipment. If you purchased your AtmosC air purifier through an authorized retailer, please return your AtmosC air purifier to the retailer with proof of purchase and respecting, where applicable, any retailer policies. Refunds are processed 2-3 business days after your return is received and inspected at the AtmosC warehouse. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

For all air purifier units, there is a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the unit. This includes new and used units. To qualify for the return, all items must be in its original condition, without any damages or scratches and in acceptable condition.

Send us your items by mail. (We suggest you inquire with Canada Post about loss and damage insurance).
Do not forget to include the following in your return:
- The original packaging
- The product(s) clean or cleaned if necessary
- All the filters
- The packing slip or a copy of your invoice
Request a product return from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. You must ship the Product from a location inside the country where the Product was originally purchased from AtmosC or an authorized AtmosC dealer. You must return the product to AtmosC in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. A return i.d. will be provided by our customer service team and it must be included along with your returned product.

What if I do not have the original packaging box?
If you do not have the original packaging box, we can send you a replacement shipping box for a fee of $40 CAD + tax deducted from refund value. If you are in need of this service, please contact our Customer Support team.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Upon receiving returned product an inspection of parts and device will be conducted. Refund will be processed on our end in 2-5 business days post validated inspection. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected at your financial institution.
What if I purchased from a retailer?
Please contact the licensed retailer you purchased your AtmosC air purifier from to verify their return policies.
AtmosC guarantees complete product satisfaction for a period of two years from shipment. Complete product satisfaction is strictly reserved for products that are void of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the documentation provided with the Product. In the event of a defect, visit AtmosC at www.atmosc.com for return instructions. It is of AtmosC policy to honor product warranties strictly on products purchased from AtmosC or an authorized AtmosC reseller and only in presence of receipt or proof of purchase. Our AtmosC authorized dealers list can be found on our website. AtmosC products purchased from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, voids AtmosC warranty policies.
Warranty obligations are as follows and will only be conducted to repair or replace the purchased product. Replaced product will follow warranty policy for any remaining warranty period from the original warranty. Replacement products may contain new or refurbished parts. AtmosC warranty will not be applied to products in presence of damages caused by misuse, accident, electrical disturbance or normal wear and tear. AtmosC products are not designed for or in warranty for damage from product use in areas subject to extreme temperature, excessive moisture, or any other inherently (or lack there of) hazardous environments. Warranties in full effect in municipalities that administer relevant laws. AtmosC adheres to the law set forth by municipalities that may not be relevant to our warranty policies. AtmosC reserves the right to alter warranties to assist users who reside in regions whereby the law differs from company policies.
